City of Longmont Has Lifted Evacuation Order for the Harvest Junction North Retail Area

As of 9:15 am the City of Longmont has lifted the evacuation order for the Harvest Junction North retail area.

Residents may return at this time.  Residents must understand this may be temporary and they may be asked to re-evacuate if the weather changes.

We are warning residents that there may be electrical hazards in the area. If you have an electrical outage please call the LPC call center at (303) 776-0011. If you smell natural gas, please leave your home and notify Xcel at (800) 895-2999. For other questions, please call our call center at (303) 651-8595.


Harvest Junction North Shopping Area (near Bestbuy) Needs To Evacuate the Area As Quickly As Possible

As of 18:00 pm - Anyone in the area of Harvest Junction North (Bestbuy, DSW, Staples, Dick's Sporting Good and Jimmy John's area)  are being asked to leave the area as soon as possible.

Due to deteriorating inclement weather in the mountains today and tonight we are reinstating the mandatory evacuation order for your area. Please leave the area as quickly as possible, avoiding previously flooded and low lying areas. Remember to gather pets, medications and essential belongings.
