Neighborhood Access Has Been Opened to The Greens Neighborhood Via Mountain View Avenue

As of 9:00 am Tuesday, September 17th, non-restricted access to the Greens neighborhood (which includes, Columbia Drive, Twin Peaks Circle) is available until 7:00 pm. There are still National Guard in the areas where the roads are still impassible.

To return to this neighborhood, you can only enter via Mountain View Avenue.

  • From Hover Street, you can turn West on Mountain View Avenue to Columbia Drive.

Road Closures

  • Airport Road between Mountain View and 9th Avenue (to enter at Twin Peaks Circle) is currently closed.
  • 9th Avenue is inaccessible just East of Wade Road and West of Fordham Street.

Residents of Valley/Champion/Twin Peaks Circle Area Neighborhoods Must Leave Your Area Now

Residents of Valley/Champion/Twin Peaks Circle Area Neighborhoods were already evacuated. If you have returned to your home, you need to leave immediately.

Due to deteriorating inclement weather in the mountains today and tonight we are maintaining the mandatory evacuation order for your area. Do not attempt to enter the area due to severe safety risks. If you are in the area leave as soon as possible. Remember to gather pets, medications and essential belongings. Greens and Valley Neighborhood Residents Must Report To Check Point Before 4:30pm Sat. to Retrieve Items

Residents of the Greens and Valley neighborhoods must report to the check point before 4:30 pm on Saturday to retrieve personal items and pets.  You will be given one hour to gather your items. Bring your identification for the check point. If you arrive after 4:30 pm, you will not allowed access to your home.
