City of Longmont Lifts Evacuation Order for Historic Westside Neighborhood Except Royal Street Trailer Park

As of 9:49 am the City of Longmont has lifted the evacuation order for the Historic West Side neighborhood with the exception of the Royal Street Trailer Park.

Residents may return at this time. Residents must understand this may be temporary and they may be asked to re-evacuate if the weather changes.

Residents of Valley/Champion/Twin Peaks Circle Area Neighborhoods were already evacuated. If you have returned to your home, you need to leave immediately.

Due to deteriorating inclement weather in the mountains today and tonight we are maintaining the mandatory evacuation order for your area. Do not attempt to enter the area due to severe safety risks. As of 16:30 pm - Residents of Historic Westside Neighborhood (Main Street to Hover Street, Ken Pratt Blvd and Nelson Road, Second Avenue, Spruce) are being asked to leave the area as soon as possible.
