Call Center Closed, Emergency Operations Center Remains Open 07:28

The Emergency Operations Center (EOC) run by the City of Longmont is open and assisting with the flood recovery effort in our city. While the call center function of the EOC has closed, residents with needs or concerns can reach the City through the phone numbers on the Contact Info page or by using the Additional Resources page of this site. Any information not listed through this site is available through the City of Longmont website.

Residents can also visit the Disaster Assistance Center located at 1250 South Hover. It is open 9 am - 7pm seven days a week until the need subsides.


Emergency Call Center Will Not Re-open as of 7PM on 9/17/2013

As the City of Longmont returns to normal 8:00am-5:00pm business operations,  the  emergency call center will be closed after 7PM tonight, Tuesday, September 17, 2013.

New Emergency Call Center Hours 18:16

The call center will be closed beginning Monday, September 16th, at 8pm. It will be open Tuesday, September 17th at 7am. For flood related information or updates, please check this OEM website; and for power outages or issues please call 303-776-0011.
